We have made great progress on my pet project, creating community gardens in Camarillo. Our first garden is opn and about 35 of the 50 families with plots are actively planting their winter gardens.
Agromin came to our rescue with a generaous donation of top soil and compost - 27 cubic yards in fact! Lumber donated by Stock Lumber Company in Camarillo has allowed us to build about 3/4 of the raised beds so far.
